Daily Disciplines: Day Three Hundred Sixty Four

I am so glad to know that I can say I’m not the same person I was a year ago. I’ve done some tally work and for January – April of this year I did 944 push-ups, 1,110 sit-ups, 459 bicycle things and 224 crunches!!! I’m really disappointed in the fact that dropped the ball around the middle of the year, but with the discipline I’ve gained in 2013 I know I’ll be much more consistent in 2014.
