Adam was kind enough to mention our crazy push-up plan for June yesterday, but I wanted to update ya’ll on May’s plank challenge. I got behind a few days, so I’ve picked up where I left off. It would be waaaaaay nice to not have to do both challenges at once, but I gotta finish what I start. I’m proud to say I did my four minute plank with relative ease!
